On December 12, a Committee of the Whole of the Board of Trustees voted nearly unanimously to approve the option known as "The Switch": expanding Mutchmor PS, and switching buildings with First Avenue PS. Also approved were the creation of a new MFI program in the Glebe for 2012, and redirecting all Glebe grade 7 & 8 students to Glashan for 2012.

A local conservation architect (and former Mutchmor parent) recently prepared a Heritage Value Statement for the school building.

The results from the 2011 round of Education Quality and Accountabilty Office (EQAO) tests are now available. You can browse results for the province, board, and specific schools at the EQAO website. You can also download a copy of the Mutchmor results (PDF).
