Mutchmor School Council is once again organizing PIZZA Lunches!!
To order, fill in this form & return by Friday Sept 17th: Pizza Form.
This year CHEESE and HAWAIIAN (ham and pineapple) pizza will be offered at a cost of $1.75 per slice, on Fridays approximately every two weeks as follows:

- Please complete one form and one cheque per family placing a food order.
- The completed form, with cheque payable to Mutchmor School Council, should be returned to the school by Friday, September 17th. We encourage you to either write one cheque for the year, or make three payments, dated 17 September 2010, 1 January 2011, and 1 April 2011. (Cash may be lost in processing!)
- Don’t forget to mark the pizza dates on your calendar.
